To use the dowloaded file you need a program capable of decompressing .sit files. One such program is Stuffit Expander.

Installation

Copy all files to a folder (directory) of your choice. It's important that all files are kept together. Start Excel. Select Add-ins... from the Tools menu. Use the the Browse... button to locate EasyBound. Make sure that EasyBound appears in the list of add-ins and that it's checked. Close the dialog. EasyBound should load automatically. You can uncheck EasyBound in the list of Add-ins if you don't want it to start automatically every time you use Excel.
